Because we are a UK company we remove the 20% UK VAT from your order – ALL OUR PRICES ARE EXCLUDING 20% UK VAT

In real terms nothing has changed , rather than paying UK VAT at time of purchase you will pay local VAT at the time of delivery

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped airmail via Carriers UPS DHL Parcelforce or similar and you will be emailed the tracking number beforehand
Delivery Schedule
All wheel Orders are normally constructed within 8 to 10 weeks, all orders are made bespoke to the customers exact requirements ,We sometimes rely on external companies for ex stock parts In rare circumstances delivery times may be longer due to circumstances out of our control …
All wheels are hand built , we will not send out any wheels that do not meet our strict quality control, if a part does not meet our quality control after the anodising and paint process , it may need to be re finished thus adding to the delivery time ( the above is very rare)
By accepting these terms you acknowledge that in extreme circumstances there could be a delay to the delivery schedule
Conditions
We can not accept responsibility for shipping or customs delays ,
We can not accept responsibility for customs charges or import duty you may occur
If the wheels are returned to us due to non payment of customs charges a return delivery fee will be charged to the customer
We only supply wheels for the makes and models listed on the website, we can not be held responsible for incorrect fitment due to selecting the wrong option or for fitting to a bike the wheels was not designed for
Cancellations and amendments
Please be aware all king wheels products are made bespoke to the customers requirements , After 3 days from accepted order we can not amend or cancel your order
After this time the construction will have commenced , and refunds or amendments will not be permitted

When an online order is placed, credit card numbers are not entered on the King – Wheels website, they are entered on our chosen payment providers’ websites which is either PayPal or sage Pay. All ALPINA products come with a 2 year warranty from date of receipt.
(EXCEPTIONS TO A FULL WARRANTY,DO APPLY ) No warranty is given to anodised or painted finish area of a wheel as this can be prone to stone chipping etc.
We recommend only to clean wheels with a mild soapy detergent and strongly advise against using car hand wash centres as many use Hydrochloric Acid
No alloy wheel cleaners should be used as many are very strong and can damage the finish to the wheel surface.
We can not guarantee the colour of the hubs will be the exact same colour tone as the rims and nipples
